Kelly Gardner, PE

Kelly, Owner/Principal of Gardner Engineering & Consulting PLLC, brings over 20 years of structural, civil, and geotechnical engineering experience, including 10+ years in special inspections. His work spans industrial, commercial, and residential projects, using modern technology and innovative methods for effective problem-solving.

Since 2020, Spencer has worked on a range of projects, especially in higher education, healthcare, and historic renovation. He excels in detailed, constructible design and thrives in collaborative teams. Spencer values client satisfaction, efficient solutions, and thoughtful decisions that deliver meaningful results.

Logan Sams, PE

Since 2005, Logan has practiced civil and structural engineering, earning his degree from the University of Kentucky. He founded Sams & DeGough Engineers in 2011 and serves as engineer of record for commercial, industrial, and educational projects. Outside work, he enjoys time with his wife Brittany and sons, playing guitar, and staying active.

Courtney Gibbs, PE

Courtney has been part of SEAoK for three years. She earned her Materials Engineering degree from the University of Kentucky, worked in manufacturing for four years, then returned to complete her Master’s in Civil Engineering. She joined Mason & Hanger in 2018 as an intern and is now a licensed engineer working on USACE projects nationwide.

Austin Norberg, PE, SE

Austin is an alum of South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and joined Brown + Kubican in 2017 after moving to Lexington. He has 11 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. A former steel joist and deck specialist, he now works across multiple project types, specializing in glulam heavy timber and wood connection design.

Jordyn Hackett-Antrobus

Jordyn is the Marketing Coordinator at Brown + Kubican and serves as SEAoK’s Webmaster. With a background in marketing within the structural engineering industry, Jordyn brings a creative and strategic perspective to SEAoK’s online presence. She is passionate about supporting the structural engineering community in Kentucky through clear, engaging communication.
