These tools are strongly recommended for all vendors and exhibitors, as they illustrate booth locations, room sizes, traffic patterns, and refreshment areas.

Each sponsorship includes recognition commensurate with the level of support.
Vendor booths are located in high-traffic areas and are designed for consistent interaction during scheduled breaks.

Premium Booths (8 total available)
$1,650 each
Booth's #1-#21 are located in the Rockbridge Room, the event’s highest-traffic vendor space
Includes continuous exposure with snacks and refreshments provided during every break

Standard Booths (22 total available)
Two purchase tiers:
Gold – $1,500
Reserve a specific booth location in advance
Silver – $1,250
Select from remaining available booths on the day of the event

#15-#21: Located in the Pre-Function Space on the Upper Level (outside of the Barn and the Rockbridge Reserve Room)

#22-#36: Located in the Pre-Function Space on the Lower Level (outside of the Bluegrass Ballroom)

Exhibitor rooms offer dedicated, enclosed spaces ideal for hands-on demonstrations, private discussions, and showcasing proprietary products or services. Strategically positioned along attendee travel paths during Vendor and Exhibitor Breaks, these rooms are designed to maximize engagement with nearby food and beverage service drawing consistent traffic. Floorplans, room images, and the 360° tour are recommended resources to help exhibitors select the space that best supports meaningful, high-impact interaction with our members. Barrel Room – $2,550
Second-largest room (690 SQFT, 30'x23')
Immediately inside the primary lobby entrance, and outside of the exit from the main ballroom seminar space, and adjacent to snack & refreshment area (see floor planning resources at top of page).

Cask Room – $2,150
Slightly smaller than the Barrel Room (390 SQFT, 30'x13')
Comparable functionality and visibility to the Barrel Room.
