To help you select the best space for your organization, please review the following resources:

• 360° Virtual Tour - Explore the venue and attendee flow via the Campbell House 360° tour.

These tools are strongly recommended for all vendors and exhibitors, as they illustrate booth locations, room sizes, traffic patterns, and refreshment areas.

Sponsorships provide high-visibility exposure throughout the event. The following opportunities are available:

Available Sponsorships

• Breakfast & Lunch Sponsorships - $450
  Breakfast and Lunch are separate opportunities; four total available

• Snacks & Refreshments Sponsorship - $200
  At least one opportunity located in the Rockbridge Room
  (Additional opportunity outside the Carriage Room if that space is purchased)

  Custom Wi-Fi password branded to the sponsor’s preference

Vendor booths are located in high-traffic areas and are designed for consistent interaction during scheduled breaks.

Booth Options & Pricing

Premium Booths (8 total available)

• $1,650 each 

• Booth's #1-#21 are located in the Rockbridge Room, the event’s highest-traffic vendor space

• Includes continuous exposure with snacks and refreshments provided during every break
  
  
  

Standard Booths (22 total available)

• Two purchase tiers:

  • Gold – $1,500
    Reserve a specific booth location in advance

  • Silver – $1,250
    Select from remaining available booths on the day of the event
    
    

• Booths are numbered and shown on the floorplans linked below.
  #15-#21: Located in the Pre-Function Space on the Upper Level (outside of the Barn and the Rockbridge Reserve Room)

Exhibitor Rooms 

Exhibitor rooms offer dedicated, enclosed spaces ideal for hands-on demonstrations, private discussions, and showcasing proprietary products or services. Strategically positioned along attendee travel paths during Vendor and Exhibitor Breaks, these rooms are designed to maximize engagement with nearby food and beverage service drawing consistent traffic. Floorplans, room images, and the 360° tour are recommended resources to help exhibitors select the space that best supports meaningful, high-impact interaction with our members. Please reach out to Spencer Price with any questions or to check exhibitor room availability.

Available Exhibitor Rooms

Barrel Room – $2,550

• Second-largest room (690 SQFT, 30'x23')

• Immediately inside the primary lobby entrance, and outside of the exit from the main ballroom seminar space, and adjacent to snack & refreshment area (see floor planning resources at top of page).

Cask Room – $2,150

• Slightly smaller than the Barrel Room (390 SQFT, 30'x13')

• Comparable functionality and visibility to the Barrel Room.
